Bags of cocaine and marijuana were confiscated during a drug sting in Refugio conducted by the Refugio Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigative Division in Corpus Christi.
David Capistran, Jacqueline Gale Bailey and a 15-year-old juvenile were charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of cocaine and two counts of possession of marijuana.
“The investigation has not reached its fruition and additional arrests are expected,” said Chief Andy Lopez Jr.
The Refugio Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigative Division-Corpus Christi collaborated to investigate allegations of illegal drug activity in Refugio.
The investigation was led by Capt. Enrique Diaz and Investigator Danny Madrigal along with Texas DPS Agents.
