Tigers to play Marion in bi-district basketball playoff Tuesday

The Goliad Tigers will face the Marion Bulldogs in a Class 2A bi-district basketball playoff game Tuesday at the Pleasanton High School gym at a time to be determined.

If the Goliad Tigerettes defeat the Taft Lady Greyhounds in their area playoff game Friday and the Marion Lady Bulldogs beat the San Diego Lady Vaqueros, there could be a Goliad-Marion doubleheader with the girls game starting at 6 p.m. and the boys contest tipping off around 8 p.m.
