The JV boys soccer team was in Floresville on Tuesday afternoon and played the Tigers pretty close. It was a 1-1 match at the half, but the hometown Tigers came out and scored three second half goals to edge the young Trojans 4-1. Robert Rodriguez splits two Tiger defenders in the second half and heads toward the Floresville goal, but the Tiger goal keeper was up to the task and stopped the attempt. No report on the varsity match with the Tigers has been made available as of press time.
