Wisener worked as a Cyberspace Systems Superintendent assigned to the 136th Communications Flight at the Naval Air Station in Fort Worth.
Wisener’s major awards and decorations included the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Texas Outstanding Service Medal, Texas Medal of Merit, and Texas Adjutant General’s Individual Award.
He is the son-in-law of Marcy and Joe Cortinas of Goliad.
