Mrs Hilliard came to Hacienda Oaks Nursing & Rehab in need of Short Term Therapy after a recent hospital stay. Upon arrival Mrs. Hilliard was unable to walk without maximum assistance related to her medical diagnosis. On July 29th, 2012 Mrs. Hilliard was able to return home
walking independently!! It was a pleasure having you in our Short Term Therapy Program. We are proud of your hard work!
