The following are arrest records made through the Live Oak County Criminal Justice Center. The information was obtained from open records and does not reflect the guilt or innocence of those logged.

Abel G. Escobar, III, 37, of Three Rivers was arrested on July 20 for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 years of age.

Julian Rubio, 23, of Weslaco was arrested on July 23 for driving while license invalid.

Timothy Lee Medina, 26, of McAllen was arrested on May 7 for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He was sentenced to eight years in TDCJ and released to them on July 23.

Guillermo Ybanez Garcia IV, 21, of George West was arrested on June 6 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to TDCJ.

Jerry Dewayne Haun, 53, of Three Rivers was arrested on July 21 for 1: criminal mischief greater than $50 but less than $500; 2: disorderly conduct and 3: public intoxication.

John Morgan, 35, of George West was arrested on July 20 for interference with an emergency call.
