Offensively, Seth Pipkin was the leading batter in the night going 2-3 with a three RBI triple. Seth also had a double on the night. Brady Jones was 2-3 and scored two runs and stole two bases. Lucas Barcak was 2-3 with two stolen bases. Bobby Torres and Caleb Montgomery each had base hits for the Horns. Caleb’s single recorded two RBI’s. The Longhorns improve to 13-2 on the season and a 7-1 in district play.
The Longhorns will host Karnes City on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. and travel to Three Rivers on Thursday, April 5 in Three Rivers.
