Season tickets for the 2012 George West Independent School District football season will go on sale Monday, Aug. 20, in the GWISD business office from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. for $25 for the five home games played this year. The first home game of the 2012 varsity football season will be Friday, Aug. 31, against Bandera.

General admission passes for senior citizens will also be given out this year starting Monday, Aug. 20. This pass will admit a senior citizen to all “at home” athletic events free of charge, during the 2012-2013 school year. Senior citizens 62 years of age and older may stop by the Administration office with their drivers license and pick up their free general admission pass.

Advance football tickets for students may be purchased at the High School, Jr. High and Elementary campuses for $2 per game during the football season. General admission football tickets at the gate will be $5 per adult and $2 per student. Tickets for all other sporting events may be purchased at the gate for $3 per adult and $2 per student.
