Here are the indictments handed down:
Leroy Apreciado, 38, of Alamo, for possession of a criminal instrument. He is out on $20,000 bond.
Ruben Apreciado, 39, of San Antonio, on two counts: possession of a controlled substance and possession of a criminal instrument. Bond was set at $20,000.
Daniel Champion, 20, of Weslaco, for tampering with physical evidence. He was out on a $5,000 bond.
Aurelio De La Rosa, 24, of Giddings, for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old. He is out on $10,000 bond.
Kimberly Durdin, 36, of George West, on two counts: possession of a controlled substance,more than one gram, methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, more than one gram, methamphetamine. Bond was set at $3,000.
Lynette Amy Duran, 22, of Orange Grove, for theft between $100,000 to $200,000. Bond was set at $20,000.
She also received an indictment for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, between one to four grams. Bond was set at $5,000.
Jeffery Allen Schmidt, 28, of Orange Grove, for theft between $100,000 to $200,000. Bond was set at $20,000.
He also received an indictment for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, between one to four grams. Bond was set at $5,000.
Abel G. Escobar III, 37, of Three Rivers, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He is out on $10,000 bond.
Manual Gonzales, also known as Manuel Gonzales, 47, of George West, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. Bond was set at $10,000.
Jose Manuel Hernandez, 40, of Pharr, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. Bond was set at $7,500.
Ryan Marie Hutchinson, 32, of Mathis, for assault family violence, choking. He is out on $20,000 bond.
Gustavo Z. Ledezma, 23, of Mission, for evading arrest with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000.
Noel Humberto Lopez, 54, of George West, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was out on $5,000 bond.
Ruben Martinez, 47, of San Antonio, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was out on $80,000 bond.
Charles Vance McBryde, 33, of Premont, for assault on family member, impeding breathing. He is out on $10,000 bond.
Ralph Edward Nowlin, 68, of San Antonio, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was out on a $1,500 bond.
Jose Samarrippas, 48, of Bryan, for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense. He was out on a $30,000 bond.
Rita Villanueva, theft of a firearm. Bond was set at $10,000.
Alex Torres, 33, of Freer, for aggravated assault threat with a deadly weapon against a public servant. He was out on a $20,000 bond.
