StoryFest Red Wagon parade entrants check list provided:

Arrive at 9:30 a.m. at 406 Houston St. on Saturday, Nov. 7.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing for walking the parade route.

Wagon decorations must be firmly secured to tolerate bumpy terrain, wind gusts and unexpected obstacles.

No passengers in the wagon entry.

The $5 entry fee and form must have been submitted to the George West Chamber of Commerce.

At 9:40 a.m. the Mighty Longhorn Band will fall into place in front of the parade participants and warm up.

At 10 a.m. the parade procession will begin.

Any wagon that can not make the course or puller who slows the parade progression will be removed from the parade.

Wagons will be displayed on the Live County Courthouse lawn until 5 p.m.

Red Wagon Parade winners will be announced during the Liars Contest.

In case of inclement weather - wagons will be judged at the George West Primary play pavilion at 10 a.m.
