Who’s responsible?

Editor:

The Democrats have been painting, creating and establishing false political images, trying to convince you that the Republicans are bad.

They’re associating the Republicans with the South, the KKK and racism. Why? Because they’re trying to convince you that they, the Republicans, are racists.

They’re blaming the Republicans for the shrinkage in the economy in the fourth quarter. Why? Because they’re trying to convince you that they, the Republicans, are responsible for the current state of affairs.

The truth of the matter is that they, the Democrats, are bad, and the evidence is the fact that they’re falsely and dishonestly blaming the Republicans for their own failures and shortcomings.

Sincerely,

Alfredo Acuna Garcia Jr.

Republicans already do an excellent job convincing the public that they are bad. They don't need any assistance from Democrats when the facts are so obvious. Take off your blinders.

How true, DiffView2. The GOP is split right now between the old liners and the tea bags. They have also perfected the art of making statements that lose elections, and their suffering is the result of self-inflicted wounds. Mr. Garcia, like it or not, the Democrats are in the driver's seat now, at least that's what polls indicate. The country is moving center left. Fox has even dropped Palin and "Baghdad Bob" Morris. Once the housecleaning is done, possibly the Republicans may return stronger. Until then, let's try to cooperate.

It's a good thing y'all have Dick Cheney to crawl out of his jar of formaldehyde a couple of times a year to bash us, eh?
