Beeville — Happy the Comedian will return to Beeville Friday at the Bee County Expo Center, where he’ll be performing to benefit the Baldo “Blakie” Adamez Mijo and Mija Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Happy has performed for hundreds of thousands over the years, taking his unique comedy stylings all over America as well as Mexico and Puerto Rico.

He’s written and produced six comedy albums including, Dalé Gas, Happy Live!, La Migra Gone Wild and his upcoming What Was I Thinking?

He’s also recorded two live comedy DVDs, Happy Live! 1 and Happy Live! 2.

Along with his CDs and DVDs, he’s also made dramatic turns in independent feature films with a role in “Antanacia” and “Harvest of Redemption,” where he played the character of Troquero.

Happy was also the original host and co-producer of the Galavision television show, “¡Que Loco!” and is returning to hosting duties for the Tejano Music Awards in San Antonio.

With his hysterical mix of music, magic and comedy, Happy has something for everyone.

His current comedy show, “Comedy Stimulus,” is his unique perspective of what stimulates Latinos in everyday life.

You can catch Happy at the Bee County Expo Center on Friday. The doors will open at 7 p.m. and the comedy will kick off at 8 p.m.

Pre-sale tickets for the benefit are $15 and are available at all Pantry Stores and at the Kicker 106 office.
