Entertainer Chase Brown will be performing at the Texas Grand Ballroom on Saturday, Sept. 27.

He was born in Ganado and grew up in Victoria. He performs regularly at night spots in both Victoria and El Campo, where he is well-known for his big voice and tributes to Elvis.

Brown has had the honor of opening and closing shows for many Texas country artists, including Randy Rogers, Django Walker and Darryl Dodd, as well as country music legends Johnny Rodriguez, Johnny Lee and one of his childhood inspirations, Sammy Kershaw.

His unique performances include a variety of country, pop and rock music, and his “ladder dancing,” in which he makes his ladder move to the music while he sings.

This will be Brown’s first performance at the Texas Grand since he began entertaining 10 years ago. The show will be held from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and cover charge will be $7 per person at the door.
