Tseng Ho, 55, of Brownsville died from injuries suffered in a one-vehicle rollover on U.S. 77 at 11:23 a.m. on Jan. 2 approximately 2.5 miles south of Woodsboro.

Tseng Ho, 55, was ejected from the F-150 Ford pickup and suffered an open fracture to his left leg and possible internal injuries. Ho was flown by air ambulance to Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital but died from his injuries on Jan. 4. He was not wearing a seat belt.
A second passenger, Sally Fae Ho, 24, was also flown by air ambulance to the same trauma center suffering from severe head trauma. She was listed in critical condition, according to the DPS report. She also was not wearing a seat belt.
The other passenger and the driver were taken by ambulance to the same trauma center. Both were wearing seat belts.
Diana Schereban, 17, suffered serious internal injuries, head lacerations and abrasions.
The driver, Ruben Rios, 64, suffered serious head lacerations and abrasions and was listed in serious condition, according to the DPS report filed in Corpus Christi.
Rios was traveling in the left lane of the northbound lane of U.S. 77 when he veered off the road to the left. He re-entered the road and overcorrected to the right. The vehicle went into a side skid and overturned facing north, according to the report.
Trooper Cesar Villarreal of Rockport investigated the accident.
Refugio dispatchers called for two Halo-Flight helicopters which arrived in 22 minutes, according to the dispatch report.
