In second place for 10th grade science was Elizabeth Cansino, Alexis Guerrero got fourth place in news writing and also in fourth place was Kelsey Johnson in Feature Writing. In sixth place as Candace Gonzales in social studies, and in ninth grade science was Joseph Moore in eighth place.
The last UIL meet was in Taft on Saturday, Feb. 28th, where Jayme Warren got second place in accounting and Cody Bartlett got second place in spelling and vocabulary.
The George West UIL had and amazing year and we are proud of the Longhorns for their outstanding work. Good luck at district!
