Grand jury hands out four indictments

Four indictments were handed down by the Live Oak County grand jury on April 18 in District Judge Joel Johnson’s court.

Here are the indictments:

• Jacob Zuniga, 22, of George West, had one indictment for three counts of failure to comply with sex offender civil registration requirements. Zuniga’s arrest date was Oct. 2, 2012.

He was out on a $15,000 bond on Jan. 4.

• Timothy Hancock, 25, of George West, for second assault of a family member within 12 months on Feb. 11.

He was out on a $30,000 bond on Feb. 13.

• Steven Anthony Bosley, 29, of Houston, for two counts of assault against a public servant, resisting arrest search or transport and public intoxication. Bosley’s arrest date was Oct. 31, 2012.

He was out on a $10,000 bond on Jan. 30.

• Roberto Galvan, 59, of Three Rivers for third or more times of driving while intoxicated. Galvan’s arrest date was Jan. 9.

He was out on a $10,000 bond on Jan. 10.
