KARNES CITY – A Karnes County grand jury indicted 14 individuals on felony charges on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
Below is the list of indictments released:
Robert G. Garza, 46: Evading arrest. Bond: Cont.
Domingo Lozano, 18: Aggravated Assault, Intoxication Assault, Accident Involving Injury. Bond: Cont.
Timothy Paul Duenes, 27: (Two indictments, five charges) Continuous Sexual Assault, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Indecency with a child. Bond total: $375,000.
John Michael Williams, 42: Credit Card Abuse. Bond: Cont.
Grace Ann Williams, 47: Credit Card Abuse. Bond: $10,000.
Dedrick Randle, 20: Aggravated Assault. Bond: Cont.
Ramon Rodriguez, Jr., 33: Assault-Occlusion. Bond: Cont.
John Kenneth Cooper, Jr., 50: DWI-Subsequent. Bond: Cont.
Steven De La Garza, 44: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Bond: Cont.
