She was a member of the St. James Catholic Church Choir and was retired from the Beeville Independent School District serving as the Cafeteria Manager for 15 years.
Guadalupe was preceded in death by her parents Juan and Augustina Munoz.
She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years of marriage, Antonio De La Rosa of Beeville, Texas; one son, Antonio De La Rosa II (Maricela) of Corpus Christi, Texas; one daughter, Monica Carbajal (Jaime) of Rockport, Texas; two brothers, John Paul Munoz of Austin, Texas and Ricardo Munoz of Beeville, Texas; two sisters, Maria Louisa Martinez and Virginia Candela both of Odem, Texas; and her two special grand-children, Maricarmen De La Rosa of Corpus Christi, Texas and Lucia Elena Carbajal of Rockport, Texas.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited that evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Pasala officiating. Burial followed at the Beeville Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Paul Munoz III, Eddie Gutierrez, Ricardo Munoz, Rodney De La Rosa, Gabriel Candela and Jamie De La Rosa.
