The following are arrest records made through the Live Oak County Criminal Justice Center. The information was obtained from open records and does not reflect the guilt or innocence of those logged.

Guadelupe Molina Bustillos, 37, was arrested on Oct. 11 for evading arrest/detention.

Lacy Perez, 18, of George West was arrested on Sept. 19 for possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz.

Sandy Ann Shelton, 39, of Three Rivers was arrested on Oct. 5 for assault family/household member, two within 12 months.

Justin Lannet, 27, of Three Rivers was arrested on Oct. 6 for driving while intoxicated. Bond was set at $500 by Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3 Jim Lane.

Christian Weithauer, 32, of George West was arrested on Oct. 7 for disorderly conduct.

Guadalupe Gonzales, III, 25, of Three Rivers was arrested on Sept. 24 for driving while intoxicated, second offense.

Samuel Troy Crawford, 38, of Crockett was arrested on May 6.

Joe Ernest Rios, 21, of George West was arrested Sept. 2 for manual delivery of a controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, greater than 4 grams; less than 200 grams; possession of a controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1; greater than 4 grams; less than 200 grams and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Michael Brandon Niembro, 26, of George West was arrested on Oct. 1 for criminal trespass.

Ezequiel Daniel Amaro, 25, of Three Rivers was arrested on Sept. 16 for driving while intoxicated/ open alcohol container.

Mallory Johnson, 24, of George West was arrested on Sept. 23 for public intoxication.

Aaron Jacob Conaway, 20, of Three Rivers was arrested on Sept. 27 for prohibited weapon, switchblade and possession of controlled substance, pharmacy grade 2-A, less that 2 oz.

Charity Mishele Upton, 34, of George West was arrested on Sept. 20 for possession of controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, less than 1 gram.

Raymond Lopez Ruiz, 47, of George West was arrested on Sept. 22 for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, less than 1 gram and two counts of possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz.

Tori Carbajal, 28, of Three Rivers was arrested on Oct. 3 for two counts of traffic offenses/speeding. She was released after paying fines of $258.83 and 297.83.

Ana Martinez, 48, of George West was arrested on Oct. 26 for false report to police officer/law enforcement employee.

Manuel Rocha, 39, of Three Rivers was arrested on Oct. 9 for writ of commitment-criminal non-support. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail as per District Court.

Paul A. Cormier, 47, of Three Rivers was arrested on Aug. 19 for driving while intoxicated.

Ruby Rodriquez, 33, of George West was arrested on Aug. 27 for abandon/endanger child/criminal negligence. Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 set bond of $5,000.

April Wenger, 25, of George West was arrested on Sept. 3 for theft of service, greater than or equal to $500, less than $1,500. Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 Virginia Tanguma set bond at $510. She was released on Sept. 4 after posting cash bond.

Ricardo Ramirez, 20, of George West was arrested on Oct. 2 for possession of marijuana, less than 2 oz.

Matthew Gutierrez, 31, of Tilden was arrested on Oct. 27 for assault causes bodily injury/family violence.

Timothy Hancock, 25, of George West was arrested on Oct. 20 for sexual assault.

Palmer Grant Contreras, 28, of Beeville was arrested Sept. 2 for manual delivery of controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, greater than 4 grams, less than 200 grams; possession of a controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, greater than 4 grams, less than 200 grams and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Cassandra Elvira Leal, 25, of George West was arrested on Oct. 10 for manual delivery of a controlled substance, pharmacy grade 1, greater than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

Nathan Miguel Dillard, 18, of Tilden was arrested on Sept. 4 for assault/family violence/household member impeding breathing/circulation. Bond was set at $5,000.

Emmy Lopez, 34, of Three Rivers was arrested on Oct. 2 for failure to control speed for which Three Rivers Municipal Judge Dawn Benham set fine of $167.90 and for no drivers license for which a fine of $75 was set.

Randel George Dees, 51, of George West was arrested on Sept. 4 for assault causes bodily injury/family violence.

Richard Benjamin Cantu, 23, of George West was arrested on Sept. 2 for inhalant abuse.

The lack of prosecution from the judicial system in this and surrounding counties amazes me. It also amazes me how not everyone that was arrested is on this report. Michael Davis of Three Rivers was arrested for Criminal Trespass and that is not shown on here. I wonder why? Does someones social status and who they are friends with have any bearing on that? Things that make you go hmmmm.....

I agree, I was arrested in October for a complaint filed by someone in the Live Oak County Sherriffs office, the abuse of authority involved in this arrest is beyond me, but rest assured the truth will come out about all these corrupt officials.
