Members of the Knights of Columbus across South Texas and several Sisters of Mercy joined parishioners to welcome the Most Rev. Bishop Wm. Michael Mulvey of the Corpus Christi Diocese for the rededication of the historic Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church.
