GEORGE WEST-Unify to Beautify (UTB) is very excited to share the results of the 2012 Decor Contest. The ladies of UTB were out riding on their South Texas sleigh singing carols to fortunate George West residents the evening of Thursday, Dec. 13. It was so much fun to see the joy of George West youth who in many cases created these displays. If you haven’t already you must drive by the addresses below this holiday season. Our photographs simply cannot do them justice. UTB has noted that there are residents that continue to instill Christmas spirit with entries in the Decor Contest. These residents create original lighted detail year after year. UTB wishes to encourage this trend and to spread the good cheer around. Consequently we have created new recognitions to show our appreciation.
