The Woodsboro Eagles gave their community a homecoming to remember as they defeated Benavides 53-6 before a standing room only crowd at Eagle stadium. Woodsboro improves to 6-0 on the year as they head into district play next week.

Tonight was another high scoring one-sided game for the Refugio Bobcats. Chase Whetsel returned three punt returns for touchdowns and caught a pass off of Marcus Thompson's helmet for a fourth, making Whetsel the high scorer for the night. This brings Refugio to a 5-0 record for this season.
