Guadalupe County names its new 2013 Junior Miss, Distinguished Young Woman to be Krystal Moczygemba of Seguin, center, who attends John Paul II Catholic High School in New Braunfels.  She was handed the title during the April 14 scholarship contest held at the Texas Theatre in Seguin.  Krystal is the daughter of Dr. Gery and Tanya Moczygemba of Seguin and granddaughter of Lucian and Josephine Moczygemba of Cestahowa. Joining her are Second Runner-up Elena Gonzales of Seguin High School, left, and first Runner-up Emma Johnson of Navarro High School, right.  Moczygemba was also named the year's scholastic, self-expression and talent contest winner.
