Trojan pitcher Cameron Kremers applies the tag but it’s a little late as G-P Wildcat Blane Hamon scores on an errant throw to third on his triple in the sixth inning of Tuesday night’s game at Joe Hunter Field. Hamon’s hard-hit triple brought in one run and then he scored on the Beeville error to make it a 3-0 ball game. The Trojans failed to score in the final frame in the district opener for both teams. Kremers pitched well, striking out 12 G-P  batters, but the Beeville bats did not produce any runs in support.
