Pictured is an example of the Hex Bug that the George West Physics Club is selling. The robotic bug crawls around and reacts to sound. If they collide with furniture they change direction.
The George West High School Physics Club is selling the latest electronic devices, “Hex-Bugs.”

These unique objects resemble bugs (feelers included) and come in a variety of colors. They contain the appearance of a SCI-FI movie gadget, and young children, even adults, will be awed by them!

“Hex- Bugs” operate by crawling towards sudden noise and when they collide with furniture, they change direction.

Whether they are purchased for a birthday or decoration on one’s desk, “Hex-Bugs” will easily provide entertainment for all individuals.

For further information, contact Judy Hudek at (361) 449- 1914 (extention1066) or any Physic’s Club member.
