Judging will begin at 8 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 24 and the sale will begin at 2 p.m.
Concession stand will be available Friday and Saturday. McMullen County 4-H will have a barbecue starting around noon on Saturday.
Boyd Grimshaw will be the auctioneer assisted by ring men Joe Albert Yanas and Michael Gunter.
