Betsy, of Houston and formerly of Refugio, earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University. She is a 2006 honor graduate of Refugio High School, and a member of the National Honor Society.
Betsy is the daughter of Bill Williams of Victoria and Tonya Williams of Refugio.
