The following is a bio of Mims Johnston:
In her early thirties, Mims met the Savior, Jesus Christ, and was introduced to the fire of the Holy Spirit. She learned that God's will was to build the Kingdom of God on earth and to enter into His presence with praise and adoration, and that faith in God moves and changes circumstances. On her spiritual journey with the Holy Spirit she soon learned that she had a prophetic gift and an evangelistic call to bring others to the knowledge of this powerful, wonderful King of Glory. She witnessed a love and joy that changed her life and brought healing and deliverance and soon she began to minister to others so they too could be set free. She saw the powerful hand of God move on lives and reverse the curses of the enemy.
Mims has been a disciple of Christ Jesus for over 30 years and has served as an assistant pastor, taught the Bible in Sunday Schools and home groups, lead intercessor prayer groups for the nations, and been a worship leader in Aglow ministry in Texas and California, also served in the Aglow Prison Ministry. Mims has served on the Kerrville, Texas Aglow board and is presently serving as VP of Ministry. For the past two years she serves as the Coming King Foundation Prayer Intercessor and Minister for The Cross that stands 77.7 feet tall, overlooking Kerrville, Texas. Mims is a mother, grandmother to two beautiful girls, and a spiritual mother to many in the household of God.
