Heather McKinney scored the match’s lone goal off an assist from Helen Sierra at the 27:28 mark of the first half.
That score held up the rest of the match as the two teams battled but could not get another score. The Lady Trojans dominated play, but shot after shot went just wide or high.
The regional quarterfinals match will put the Lady Trojans against the winner of the Weslaco East vs. Roma match.
