The fest will take place at the Bee County Expo Center on July 14 and will showcase the second “Bee ’N Idol” contest, Beeville’s version of American Idol singing competition. Contestants must be Bee County residents between the ages of 12-18. Auditions will be announced at a later date.
The event will be from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. and will be free to the public.
The fest also will have a variety of live acts, to include jazz, country, rock, Tejano and conjunto music.
