She was born in Granger, and had been a lifelong resident of the Sinton-St. Paul area. She was a homemaker and seamstress and enjoyed family gatherings. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sinton and a member of KJZT, Lodge #89 (union of Czech Catholic Women of Texas).
Survivors include one niece, Christine (Robert) Thomas of Beeville; one sister, Mary Klepac of Corpus Christi; and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Paul Rajareegam officiating. Interment followed at the Sinton Cemetery in Sinton.
Arrangements were entrusted to Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home in Sinton.
