Moa

Eliza S. Moa went to be with the Lord, June 6, 2012.

She was born and lived all her life in Beeville. Mrs. Moa was born to Manuela and Anselmo Sanchez on September 15, 1919. She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan R. Moa; and brothers, Sam and Reynaldo Sanchez.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and memories, to her family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Maria Eliza Shanklin of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her grandchildren, Shanonn Leigh (Jeff) Severts, Michael David Shanklin Jr. and Aaron John Shanklin, all of Virginia Beach, and Randy Lee and Roberta Sanchez of Colorado. A great-granddaughter, Rachael Severts of Virginia Beach. Nieces and nephews, Sammy Sanchez, Ruth Torres, Martha (Robert) Romero, Gloria Rodriguez, Priscilla Rodriguez, Desiree Rodriguez, and Geronimo Sanchez.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Angelus Funeral Home from 5 pm-9 pm. Graveside services were held on Friday, June 8, 2012, at 2 pm in Beeville Memorial Park.
