We would like to thank the voluntary fire departments from Pettus/Tuleta, Normanna,and Pawnee for the quick response to the fire in our pasture this past Sunday afternoon. We would like to thank Fire Marshal James Barrie for his presence and concern also. This could have been a bad situation, but with the coordination and expertise with which it was handled, a happy ending was accomplished. Thanks again!
