I just wanted to tell Beeville that, although I don’t live there (I live farther south in Texas), I love reading articles in your online news via Internet! I love hearing about the families living in Beeville and working the hard Texas way to put out articles read by myself and my family as we travel the state for this reason or that.
This week, we attended a wedding and needed to travel to Beeville, so we stopped to see the future around the state that will be driven by the population of the 15-30-year-olds living here today. It was really interesting to see them already working and lending a hand now, while it is still a fun thing to do. They are offering to help people before they really have to go to work for their own families – just to get some experience.
There are young people who still gripe that there really isn’t a lot of time to do the “right thing” for their families or for strangers. Later on, they will have to make time to do the right thing! I believe those who will, will always make the time to help others.... don’t you? I sure hope so, because that is the promise of tomorrow. It is our promise for help and assistance in our older years. We have to have these people here to help the country.
