The committee plans to have a cake-cutting ceremony beginning at noon.
The committee also will display Texas artifacts, including an original 1936 Centennial Texas road map and Centennial stamp, as well as vintage photographs of the state, Bee County and its people.
The group also plans to display memorabilia of Bee County’s military veterans.
The artifacts and memorabilia will be on display on the first and second floors of the courthouse’s rotunda.
The celebration ceremony is free and refreshments and cake will be offered.
