Winners in the Diez y Seis pageant were announced Saturday and the girls crowned. Krystal Alyssa Garcia was named Miss Diez y Seis. Krystal is the daughter of Melissa and Rene Garcia. She attends Refugio High School. Desa Rae Delgado was named Junior Miss Diez y Seis. Desa is the daughter of Norma and Lupe Delgado. She attends Pettus school. Serena Marie Garza was named Little Miss Diez y Seis. Serena is the daughter of Mari and Simeon Garza Jr. She attends Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
