On behalf of the Beeville Independent School District, I want to send a warm thank you to all of the people who helped make our 2009 Education Celebration a success. Educators, parents, businesses, civic leaders and the community as a whole came together to celebrate Texas’ wonderful resource — our children.
Special thanks to all the committee chairpersons, organizations setting up booths, students who performed, the Beeville Police Department, Kay’s boKays, Zimmer Floral & Nursery, the many parents and community members, BISD staff members and those who contributed a variety of services. There were a number of people who worked behind the scenes for many hours to ensure the success of Education Celebration.
