Doris E. (Treptow) Travland
Mrs. Travland was born Nov. 17, 1926, in Beeville to Fred and Lillian Treptow. She married Delmar “Bill” Travland in Normanna on July 12, 1946, and was a homemaker and member of Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed ceramics and sewing.
Survivors include a son, Mark (Cathy) Travland of Spring; a sister, Ruth Groda of Beeville; a nephew, Vernon Groda of Beeville; and a niece, Michelle Groda of Beeville.
Visitation was held Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. at Glenwood Cemetery.
A graveside service followed there at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Gary Conklin officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to any local hospice association.
