The driver of the Challenger Services, Inc., pickup sits in the cab after the vehicle ran over a traffic sign Monday in Berclair.
A co-worker riding in the passenger seat said the driver lunged back violently before crossing U.S. Highway 59 and crashing into the sign.
No serious injuries were reported at the scene.
