All individuals interested in taking the training must have an application in the superintendent’s office by Monday, Jan. 28.
Applicants holding a bachelor’s or higher degree are not required to take the training. All substitute teachers must provide proof of high school diploma or the equivalent, proof of eligibility to work, and are required to submit fingerprints per Texas Legislature SB9 passed in 2007.
