A shocked bystander in downtown Goliad took this photo of four donkeys who were on the loose Monday morning on the grounds of the Goliad County Courthouse.
Four donkeys trotted around the grounds of the courthouse before the Goliad County Commissioners meeting.
The animals were herded back to their home near the San Antonio River.
