George West Elementary School Life Skills Unit, got a chance to show a sheep or goat at the 2nd Annual Extra Special Livestock Show for children with special needs at the San Patricio and Aransas Counties Agricultural and Homemakers Show at the San Patricio County Fairgrounds in Sinton. Special needs students from eight school districts arrived at the fairgrounds for a fun filled day on Jan. 23. for the show.Students who participated from GW were;

Each student earned a Rosette.
The show is organized by students in the San Patricio County 4-H Ambassador program and included nearly 30 volunteers and 80 students.
