Longhorn 4H held its monthly meeting on April 14 at the Live Oak County Courthouse.

Club members have been selling raffle tickets for a Mossberg Automatic 20 gauge Model 920 shotgun that has been on display at Bar H Outfitters.

The drawing was conducted at the meeting with Joyce Monse being the recipient. She also received a box of shells donated by Pawlik Supply. The club would like to thank everyone who supported this fund raiser.

Members were reminded to turn in thank you notes to the extension office for fair projects as soon as possible.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. Officer elections for next year will be held. You must have attended six meetings to be eligible to run for office.
