A new gospel preacher, Keith Sellers, will be serving the Beeville Church of Christ at Adams Street starting Dec. 8. The Adams Street congregation meets at 1701 N. Adams St., which is located across from the A.C. Jones High School campus.

Sellers, 31, comes from Cleburne and is a 2006 graduate Southwest School of Bible Studies. He has studied at Tarleton State University and achieved a business management degree from McLennan Community College in Waco.

He was born and raised in Kosse and graduated from Groesbeck High School in 2001. He is married to Samantha Sellers, and they are excited to make their home here and plan to raise a family in Beeville.

Sellers’ goals are to preach the sound gospel of Jesus Christ and God’s word just as it is written straight from the Bible to as many souls as possible to make disciples of Jesus Christ. He wants to serve the community of Beeville and surrounding areas and establish lasting relationships with people immediately. He also wants to establish an ongoing evangelistic program—involving every member, help the church to maximize its evangelistic potential and increase membership substantially through sound gospel preaching/teaching.

Sellers will set up his office in the church annex building which is located across the parking lot from the church building. He will be in his office during the morning hours on weekdays and encourages anyone to stop by and visit on Bible questions, fishing, football and to discuss family issues many are facing today.

You can also come by Sunday mornings during worship time 10:20 a.m. and/or on Sunday evening at 6 o’clock. He is eager to meet the citizens of Beeville and be a productive part of the community. Visitors are always welcome to attend services and learn more about the Bible-only-based Church of Christ on Adams Street.
