Editor:

When a recent attempt to match the wooden handrails installed at our facility (Woodridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) was unsuccessful, we looked to the A.C. Jones High School woodworking class and teachers, David Rodriguez and Martin Montez, hoping they might be able to help.

Without hesitation they took the sample to have the students work on it. When we received the finished product it was a perfect match to the original and the quality of workmanship was impressive.

Thank you very much.
