REFUGIO – Refugio Volunteer Fire Department’s annual chicken-fried steak dinner will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Labor Day, Sept. 1, at Our Lady of Refuge cafeteria.

Cost will be $6 per plate, with tea and dessert included.

Members have tickets to sell and plates can also be bought at the dinner.

“So, please come join us and enjoy a great meal,” said Marvin Null, RVFD. “Our members doing the cooking do a wonderful job, I promise you.”
