Our incoming President Norma Newport opened our meeting and greeted all members and visitors to the beginning of our 2008-2009 year.
The first order on our agenda was our GOLD Delegate recipients for 2008. President Norma Newport introduced our Program Director Mrs. Jane-Anne Keese. Program Director Mrs. Keese introduced our recipient as Mr. Jacob Moran (Mrs. Keese’s neighbor) and our second recipient Miss Rachel Dobie.
