The owner of a Bee County business is offering a $2,500 reward for information that will lead to the arrest of the person or persons who burglarized his office last Friday.

Bee County Sheriff’s Office investigator, Capt. Dan Caddell said that at about 9 p.m. on the night of July 31 someone entered the fended compound of Rocking R Services at 1582 FM 673 and then broke into the office of the business.

Caddell said a metal box with a combination lock was stolen from the office. The box contained keys to vehicles parked at the business.

Deputies know that at least one man, a dark-complected man with short, black hair and a thin build, entered the office where the box was stolen.

Caddell asked that anyone who can provide enough information to result in an arrest should call him at 362-3221.

The investigator said the identity of the caller will remain confidential.
