Those from Refugio and other areas are asked to please meet in the Beeville H-E-B parking lot at 10 a.m. with homemade signs.
“Rep. Hinojosa will not be there to represent us, so we’ll represent ourselves,” said a representative of the group.
Attendees plan to walk over to the congressman’s office and assemble there.
