Lorraine Maldonado was selected to represent Refugio H-E-B where she competed against the other 29 H-E-B finalist in our Great Gulf Coast Region. She won first place and was awarded a gift basket, pizza party and treats for her entire class.
Lorraine attends Woodsboro Elementary School and is in the third grade in Ms. Piland’s class. She is the daughter of Delia Rocha and David Maldonado.
“We would like to thank our community for its participation in this years contest,” said Irma Rodriguez.
